But who leads the charge and guides us as we work towards this mission? Meet the execs behind the whole Framework operation.
Erika Wennerstrom is the Chief Technology Officer at Framework Homeownership (Keep’s parent company). She comes to Framework from JazzHR, an HR technology company. There, as CFO, she oversaw the finance function as well as the operations function. Prior to joining JazzHR, she spent 3 1/2 years as Vice President of Finance and Operations at Ellevation Education, a venture-funded mission-based technology company in the education sector. Erika has an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in English Literature from Wellesley College.
Leigh Heyman is the Chief Technology Officer at Framework Homeownership (Keep’s parent company). Leigh is a former Obama Administration Technology Director and Senior Policy Advisor, where he was responsible for the development and operations of all of the White House’s technology supporting the President’s digital engagement, and helped implement key provisions of President Obama’s technology agenda. Prior to the White House, Leigh was one of the first employees of Blue State Digital. Leigh holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a BA from Sarah Lawrence College
