HOTEL INC Introduces Framework Homeownership Education Platform to Bowling Green

We are delighted to announce that access to Framework is expanding to Bowling Green, Kentucky through our partnership with HOTEL INC, a non-profit organization dedicated to advocating, educating, and empowering their community to ensure all people have security through safe, affordable housing.

Their Holistic Partnership service provides educational opportunities spanning topics like financial management, legal obstacles, relational stress, and food security. With the adoption of Framework, HOTEL INC, is expanding its offering to include sustained, high-quality homeownership resources including the Framework Homebuyer Education Course, which meets all HUD and Housing Counseling Program requirements for education and exceeds the National Industry Standards for Homeownership Education and Counseling.

Framework’s human-centered design approach ensures that its platform is accessible to all. The Framework Homebuyer Education Course is transadapted to Spanish, making it possible for Spanish-speaking homebuyers to access the course content. Additionally, the homebuyer education course features read-aloud lesson content across each lesson to accommodate user needs and preferences.

Thanks to financial investments from community partners like First Southern National Bank and First Bank, HOTEL INC can offer these services free of charge to its community. Framework’s flexible implementation models enable HOTEL INC to deliver the Framework Homebuyer Education Course at no cost to learners, providing greater financial independence and increased pathways to homeownership. This partnership is a significant step towards addressing the affordable housing crisis in the community, and we’re excited to see how it will positively impact the lives of those involved.
