Elise Magnole
Partnerships & Business Development Manager,
Framework Homeownership
Elise joined Framework Homeownership in 2023 and currently serves as our Partnerships & Business Development Manager, where she works closely with lenders, housing organizations, and all of our community partners across the country. Her role focuses on building strong relationships with our partners to help support the long-term growth of the communities they reach.
Before Framework, Elise held business development and leadership roles at the Heart of Florida United Way and the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Metro Orlando, where she worked directly with partners to grow programs, manage pipelines, and support initiatives focused on strengthening local economies, particularly in communities that have historically faced barriers to opportunity.
Elise earned her bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of Central Florida, a background that continues to inform her approach to partnership building and community impact. She believes that lasting progress comes from aligning mission-driven organizations around shared goals and ensuring education, trust, and long-term support remain central to the homeownership journey.
Keep up with Elise and her insights and key takeaways on today’s housing industry.
