Framework Homeownership Partners with The Change Company

The Change Company and its subsidiary Change Lending, LLC (“The Change Company”), America’s Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) have announced their partnership with Framework Homeownership (“Framework”) a homeownership education company that aims to expand homeownership opportunities for communities everywhere.  

According to the National Association of Realtors the demand for homeownership has seen a surge in the past decade. However, many potential homeowners face significant barriers to homeownership, including limited access to affordable housing, lack of credit history, and high downpayments.  

The Change Company and Framework plan to address these barriers to homeownership by providing education and resources to potential homebuyers. Framework Homeownership offers their customers online courses that cover the entire homebuying process, including, budgeting and credit, selecting homes, and even obtaining mortgages. The courses are interactive quizzes, videos, and other resources to help users learn at their own pace.
