June is Homeownership Month, and at Framework, that’s more than just a date on the calendar. It’s a reminder of why we do what we do. Every day, we work toward a world where homeownership isn’t a privilege reserved for the few, but a real, achievable milestone for anyone willing to pursue homeownership.
This month, we’re celebrating by giving our community a sneak peek at three exciting things we’ve been working on to make homeownership more achievable on our expanding homeownership platform . They are built on the same belief that’s at the heart of Framework: that affordability and education go hand in hand, and that owning a home should come with support at every step of the journey, not just a set of keys.
Here’s what’s on the horizon.
Looking: A New Affordable Home Listings Search Experience
For so many aspiring homeowners, the hardest part isn’t wanting a home, it’s finding one they can actually afford. 64% of homebuyers shared that the high price of homes is making it harder to buy a home right now (Framework Homeownership Confidence Report 2026). We hear it all the time from our community: ” Home prices in my area have skyrocketed in recent years.”

That’s why we’re thrilled to share that Framework is bringing affordable home listings directly to our platform. For Framework homebuyers seeking budget-friendly options, they will have a new pathway to browse real, attainable homes, right where they’re already doing the work to get mortgage-ready.
This is more than a feature. It’s a bridge between preparation and possibility, connecting the education and readiness that the Framework platform provides, with real inventory that fits real budgets. Framework brings the search for an affordable dream home to homebuyers’ fingertips.
More details (and the homes themselves) are coming soon. Stay tuned.
Owning: Keep Home Loan, an Exclusive Repair Loan for Framework Homebuyers
Buying the home is one milestone. Caring for it is another. And it’s one that catches a lot of new homeowners off guard. A leaky roof, an aging water heater, a furnace that picks the coldest week of the year to quit: these are the moments that can turn pride of ownership into financial stress fast. In fact, in this year’s Homeownership Confidence Report, 66% of homeowners reported that the cost of unexpected repairs or emergencies is causing them the most stress.

New Research: The 3rd Annual Homeownership Confidence Report
Affordability and repairs are two pieces of a much bigger puzzle, and that’s where our third announcement comes in. Next month, we’ll be releasing the 3rd edition of our Homeownership Confidence Report, Framework’s annual deep dive into how homeowners and the partners who support them are really feeling about the road to sustainable homeownership.
The report gives voice to homeowners and the organizations that support them, asking what they wish they had more of to support sustainable homeownership, and the answers shape everything we build next, from new listings to new loan products.
The Homeownership Confidence Report exists to make sense of moments like this, turning real feedback from homeowners and partners into action. Full results drop next month. We can’t wait to share what we’ve learned.
Why This Matters
At Framework, we believe homeownership is a journey that starts with the dream of homeownership and goes beyond closing. Affordable listings help more people get in the door. Affordable repair financing helps them stay, thrive, and build equity in a home that’s truly theirs. And listening (really listening) to what homeowners and partners need is what propels our mission forward to meet the needs of our community every step of the way.
This Homeownership Month, we’re not just celebrating the milestone —we’re investing in what comes before, during, and after it, by expanding the services available on Framework— the homeownership platform where homeownership starts and grows.
