Jan 17 2024

Since launching in 2012, Framework Homeownership has been at the forefront of helping aspiring homeowners buy and keep their homes by building a comprehensive digital homebuyer education and ongoing homeownership platform with courses, tools, and resources. Our incredible national network of partners spanning housing counseling agencies, banks, universities, real estate agents, and partners committed to improving homeownership sustainability and staying connected to their clients in meaningful ways, enable us to continue to expand our services even further.

We’re excited to announce the launch of our first partnership in 2024 with North West Housing Partnership (NWHP), a U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD)- Approved Housing Counseling Agency, expanding Framework to residents of northern Chicago, IL. Our mission to reduce the homeownership gap means reaching aspiring homeowners in all cities and we’re excited to grow Framework’s partner network of over 130 partners, and 1.5 million platform users.

  • “When we recently met as a team to close our year and plan for 2024, we reconfirmed our vision to help create and support 10 million new first-time homebuyers over the next 10 years. And, I know that we will only get there with community partners like NWHP, who believe in the wealth-building power of homeownership and access to the best homebuyer education tools and resources to reach all members of our communities.”
